Okaaaaaaaaaaay sooooo i'm really sorry that i've gotten behind on bloggin this week BUT....GUESS WHAT??? I made my August Bible readin goal!!!!!!!!!!! Wellllll since my Florida trip in july i have read through, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Neamiah, Esther and Job!!!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT????????????
Sooooooo like ten days ago, I had finished 1 Kings- 2 Chronicles and I was going to be startin Ezra the next day and I was like...Hmmmm....it would be cool if I could read through Job by the end of the month. So I calculated the pages and saw that it was ONLY 100 pages of Bible readin...I was like OH I CAN DO THAT!!!
THEN I looked that calender, counted the days and REALIZED that, there was ONLY ten days left in August, that would mean 10 pages a day (100 divided by 10 is TEN!!! OMW I did math...I feel SMART or something) of Bible reading...I was like ummm...thats KIND of a lot...then I was like,
NO!!!
I CAN DO THIS!!!
I've never read my Bible all the way through, so when I complete the old testament I wll be able to say that I have!!! I can't wait!!! I think that will be such an AWESOME acomplishment!!! Then next year I will try to read ALL the way through in a year!!! I'm ashamed to say that I have never done this before...BUT I really, ever since my Florida trip have felt a pushing from God to draw closer to him...I guess I never did write that blog post for you all about my beach time with Jesus...sooo I gotta do it... to share it with you all...I actually did write it...that was the blog post that I accidentally deleted...ugh...I was soooo frustrated I had to take a break from it!!!!!!!
Well anywayZ, I decided that since I have been reading ten pages a day in Bible for the last month, why not push myself to do that for this next month of September too???? I totallly know that I can soooooooooooo do it!!! I'm on page 860...that means that by the end of this month I should be on page 1,160!!!
