The other day I was on the phone with one of my friends and she was like telling me about how she thinks that it really neat when people have brown hair and blue eyes. She is like you know it's just such a nice combination and you dont see it very often. She is like, I mean usually if people have brown hair they have brown eyes and if they have blue eyes they have blond hair. And she is just going and on about how unique it is to see that combination....

.

and I am like uh huh, uh huh, I know what you mean. But in my head I am thinking; Ok, like, who does she EVEN know that has brown hair and blue eyes? WHO HAS THAT???  I don't think I even know anyone with that combination!!!! So I am like talking to her again and I am like, yeah, I mean like, I have blue eyes but my hair is...hmmm...what color hair do I have...hmmm...OH HEEEEEEEEY, I have brown hair!!! OMW!!! I have brown hair and blue eyes!!!

She is like YEAH Mary, thats who I was talking about this WHOLE time YOU!!! I think its really cool that you have brown hair and blue eyes!!! AHAHAHA!!! I am like, OMW! Like, THANK YOU!!!

EVE By H.B. Moore  Book Review #1     False doctrine!!!

First of all, this book is VERY WELL WRITTEN, it is intriguing and makes you want to keep going to find out what happens next.  It makes you think, wow, maybe it really could have happened this way. I personally could relate to the personality of Eve in the sense that she was sooooooo curious and was always asking Adam soooooo many questions!!! I liked how the story went back and forth between Adam's thoughts and Eve's.

HOWEVERRRRRRR...               

Be aware Christians, This book is not Biblically sound! i noticed right away upon listening that things did not seem to line up Biblically speaking with the word of God!!! even though scripture was continually being used, the events did not correlate with what the Bible ACTUALLY says.

 Lucifer did not appear to Eve as a man, but a serpent! "Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" (Genesis 3:1)

.

 There was no death in the world til sin entered. “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) This book shows death entering into the world when Lucifer entered the garden, however, that is NOT what the Bible says!!! The Bible says that death began the moment SIN entered into the Garden, which was the moment man FIRST disobeyed God. "For since by man came death. . . For as Adam all die" (1 Corinthians 15:21-22).

The Bible does NOT clearly state, although there was animals killed after sin entered the world for sacrifices, to push man's sin forward, till Jesus came and became the final sacrifice for our sin, For just as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous (Romans 5:19). However, the Bible does NOT clearly state that animals were eaten until AFTER the flood!!! "Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." (Genesis 9:3)

 

When i realized that the story was beginning to allude that Eve had relations with Lucifer, i realized that this book HAD to be written by a Mormon, because the false doctrine, that Cain was the son of Lucifer, that is no where found in the Word Of God, is a Mormon belief. The Bible clearly states that Cain is the son of Adam and Eve and he was NOT born of the devil. "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord." (Genesis 4:1)

.

After looking up the author and seeing where she graduated, i knew i was right about what i thought! i immediately turned off the story. Just like Lucifer appeared to Eve as a serpent in the garden, and deceived her to eat the fruit, Lucifer or one of his minions appeared to Joseph Smith and deceived him with false doctrine, telling him that he had "new" knowledge.

^" But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.  As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." (Galations 1:8-9)

I enjoy when an author uses their imagination to make a Biblical story come to life, as long as the story does not in any way differentiate from what the actual Biblical scriptures say!!!! However, this author, while quoting scriptures, over and over again, then contradicts what the Bible ACTUALLY says.  Don't be deceived readers, although intriguing, this book is loaded with the devil's lies!!! AMA Throwback!!!

Soooooooooooo since AMA was cancelled this year, I wanted to do a blog post dedicated to all the memories of CAMP!!! I know I went to camp last year, buuuuuuut, I have NO post for it and for some reason I can hardly remember any of it!!! Anyways, It was fun for me scrolling through AMA memory lane!!! It was weird reading posts from Joe Velez was single, I only knew Anali for 6 months before some AMAZING PERSON introduced her to Joe!!! ;)

Heeeeeeeeeeeyyyyy you guys remember how we'd all stand in line at the cafetereia stomping our feet, clapping our hands and singing, LIFE TIME, I  GIVE YOU MY LIFE TIME!!! We need to bring that back!!!

Soooooooo It looks like I actally met Jenny in 2016-I remember us sitting under the weeping willow tree by the pond and discussing the cute guys at camp and then when she confided in me that she like Ryan but he didn't like her...and NOW they're married!!! And in one of these posts I actually saw that I had advertised Ryan's singleness...BAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! He OWES me, with a multitude of others!!! Hee, hee!!!

Also, I remember the first year I had this HORRIBLE tooth ache and Alahondra was the only one that could make me laugh!!! She came into my room, all sorrowful, and says, If I could take the pain your are feeling from  you and onto myself, I literally would! I remember thinking, wow, that's SWEET, then she says, I'm ONLY saying that, because I KNOW I CAN'T!!!! I was in soooooo much pain, buuuuuuuuut I could NOT stop laughing!!! (She's one of the few on my list of, ACTUALLY FUNNIER than me people!!!)

I actually remember that at the beginning of camp it was more a youth camp13-25 and I think I started my first year at 26 or 27 and then they ACTUALLY changed the age to 30, buuuuuuuuut, now it's more a family camp, and I actually PREFER staying outta the youth dorm!!! LOL

Okaaaaaaaaaay everyone I have SHOCKING NEWS...everyone take a deep breath before I share this with you all..are you ready for this??? No really...are you REALLY READY for this??? Okaaaaaaay HERE WE GO....

Its HOT...in ARIZONA!!!

(OMW...Like WOW!!!!)

SHOCKING RIGHT????

NOT!!!!!!!

But amaZingly...I keep hearing my fellow Arizonans sayin OMW its sooooo  HOT!!! I can't believe HOW hot it is!!! Can you believe it???? UH YEAH I CAN!!!! Its A. THE SUMMER!!! and B. ARIZONA!!! Like helllllllllllllllllllloooooooooo!!!! We live closer to the sun than like ANYONE else!!! (I think...HAHA!!!;) The thing that gets me is that the people that seem to be the MOST shocked are like all the Arizonans themselves!!! I'm like ummmm do you NOT remember last summer and the summer before that and the summer before THAT??? We've lived here like ALL OUR LIVES!!!! (Of course these are the SAME people that are complaining about HOW cold it is when we ACTUALLY have nice weather!!!:)

I mean we live in ARIZONA!!!

 Its sooooooo HOT that....

•the birds have to use potholders to pull worms out of the ground.
•farmers are feeding their chickens crushed ice to keep them from laying hard-boiled eggs.

•the cows are giving evaporated milk.

•the trees are whistling for the dogs.
•WE can say 120 degrees without fainting.•WE can make instant sun tea.

•WE learned that a seat belt makes a pretty good branding iron. •The 4 seasons are: tolerable, hot, really hot, and ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!

•WE discover that in July, it takes only 2 fingers to drive your car.

•We've discover that you can get a sunburn through your car window.

•WE notice the best parking place is determined by shade instead of distance.

•hot water now comes out of both taps.  

•you actually burn your hand opening the car door.

•you break a sweat the instant you step outside at 7:30 a.m. before work.

•no one would dream of putting vinyl upholstery in a car or not having air conditioning.
•you realize that asphalt has a liquid state.
