I LOVE being on the airplane and just looking at the clouds...it just totally awwws ME!!! Like they are just like right there...sooo close to you that you just want to reach out and touch the fluffy things!!!
And then as you fly higher and higher, its the weirdest thing, when you have flown up SOOOOO high in the sky that when you look out the airplane window and your looking DOWN now to see the clouds!!! Its soooo cRaZy!!! To think, that these things, the clouds, that are normally are normally so high up and out of your reach...
They are actually
NOW UNDER YOU!!!
Buuuuut as I looked at the clouds beneath me, it got even crazier to look at. Because at one point, we had flown up so much higher than the clouds in the sky, that when I looked out, the clouds were sooooo FAR below me, they looked like they were just floating on top of the ocean!!!

I was like NOW WAY!!! I mean, I've sat many times on the shore of the ocean and looked up at the clouds, way, way, way up in the sky. I know how much higher they are than the ocean. BUUUUT NOW here I was, flying up soooo HIGH ABOVE the clouds that THEY looked EXTREMELY close to the ocean!!! Like they were just floating happily on the waves. In fact, they were WAAAAAY closer to the ocean than they were to me anymore!!! And yet, in actuality, I KNEW just how far ABOVE the ocean they really were!!!
AND as I sat there in aw of the clouds, I got to thinking, THAT must be the way God sees our hopes and dreams in this life. All those THINGS in our lives that we so strongly desire, yet seem so, so far away, so high!!! There are times in our lives when everything we are working and striving towards seem sooooooo FAR ABOVE US!!! They seem way out of our reach...like we would never be able to get to them. BUT, thats not the way God sees it!!!

Our desires are like the clouds so far away in the sky. They seem so unobtainable, beyond our hopes and wildest dreams. We could NEVER get that far or achieve that much. But the Lord, I believe He just looks down and sees each and everyone of our desires and its like they're just right there and
the things that WE think are soooo far ...
God sees how close they
really are to us!!!

Keep waiting! Keep holding on! God's got a plan! Whateverrr it is that your WANTING...a job, a better job, a house, a degree, citizenship, a baby, adoption, a healing, ministry, A SPOUSE...hahaHa...a lost loved one to be saved...WHATEVERRR it is don't give up!!! Just keep waiting on God!!! It may seem impossible, hopeless, you may think its NEVER going to happen. but you can't see it the way God sees it! God's perspective is way better than yours!!! .It may SEEM FAR...but from God's view its CLOSE...way, way closer than you think!!!
