I've neverrrrr really thought about it before, buuuuuut last night in our Bible study with Jestina, Denae went over how the 4 gospels specialize in certain ways!

Mathew- Clear and factual, straight to tge point, geanologies and the prophesies fulfilled.

Mark- action packed, jumps right into the ministry and miracles of Christ
.
Luke- human interests, focus on the gentiles, details of a doctor and appeals to the heart ❤.
.
John- focuses on ths mystery of God, the supernatural, deity of who Jesus is and revelation of Him is emphasized!

I've neverrrrr really thought about which gospel is my favorite 🤔 buuuuuut i realized that it's John! Ive just always really enjoyed that book 📖, "in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God" i would've thought that my favorite would've been Mark for the adventure or Luke for ths human interests, buuuuuut i guess above everything else, more than adventurer or love for people, i am a wanderer, a dreamer, plus John's just a good writer too, i love 💙 how he says stuff, so beautifully!!! He wrote my favorite scripture, which I'll save for another post!
