Still he LOVED YOU!!!

Jesus loves YOU!!! 

As I've talked about recently, In 2021, one of the hardest things happened, one of my best friends chose to leave and go their own way. I was completely devestated but after a few months I had a few things to say to my friend that I felt like I just really needed to say. IF YOU KNOW ME, you know that when it's all said and done, I will NOT hold back from speaking my mind.

I told my friend I want you to know that Jesus STILL loves you. And I told them, let me tell you something, when you chose to leave, I have never been more shocked about anything in my whole entire life!!!  I was blindsided, caught off guard, buuuuuuut God wasn’t. God knew these decisions you would make, and he loved you anyways. God is omniscient, all knowing, yet even knowing the choices you would make, he still chose to love you.

 I said, Had it been me that had known the future, I don’t know that I would have allowed myself to become best friends with you! I would have tried to protect myself from the hurt I would one day feel when you made this decision to leave! I hate to say it but it’s true… my love is not perfect, like God’s love!

I think  I would have said, eh, they'll one day walk away from the things of God. Why bother taking the time to hang out with them, they're leaving anyways, what’s the point? Why risk the heartbreak of knowing they’ll one day be gone and out of my life, I’ll just find someone else to be friends with!  That's ME!!! Sorry if it sounds rude or mean buuuuuuuuut it's the truth-Had I known the future like God, as an imperfect human, I would have chosen differently.

Buuuuuuuuuuut NOT GOD!!!!

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

God looked ahead in time as he hung on the cross, he saw you right now, doing whatever it is your doing at this very moment, and he still loved you!!! God knew every choice you would ever make, and he died for you anyways!!! Good knew, yet he still sent a Pentecostal family to live across the street from a little four-year-old boy! God knew every choice you would ever make, but his love still called you out!

Isn't it so amazing to think, that an ALL-KNOWING God, would still choose to still choose to love us???

And maybe there is someone reading this today and you feel like you messed up or made to many mistakes- You turned your back on God or you thought you knew better than what others advised you to do. You gave into your flesh or to peer pressure. BUT JESUS STILL LOVES YOU!!!  God doesn't condone sin, but he still loves you, all you have to do is repent.

God knew from the first time he ever called your name, every good and bad choice you would make, yet he chose you anyways! He knew when he hung on the cross every bad decision you would make, and he died for you anyways. There is forgiveness at an altar of repentance. Jesus loves you!!! 

.

Humans may reject you, BUT God's love is not like human love, His love is perfect, and he is reaching for you. You’re his little lost lamb  that has left the fold, he still has the 99, but that’s not enough, he wants you too! Just cry out to him and ask him to help you and he will come rescue you! Come home, the shepherd is waiting for you! JESUS LOVES YOU!!! He loves you. He loves you. He loves YOU!!!
