Soooo after Thanksgiving, I was talking to a male friend, its important that I say male, BECAUSE A FEMALE would NEVERRR say this!!! BAHAHA!!! So its the day after Thanksgiving and I'm BRAGGING to my kind-hearted REALIST friend that I did NOT even gain ANY WEIGHT after Thanksgiving.

After I tell him, I'm like waiting for praise and applause from him. Without blinking an eye he says, "well you know, it actually takes at least 37 hours for the body to fully digest food. So there still may be a weight gain coming." I'm like, WHAAAAT??? UGH, you are SUCH a party pooper!!! He's like, well I'm just warning you, I don't want you to get all HYPED up and then be let down. I'm like, yeah, yeah, WHATEVERRR!!!

Howeverrrr come the next morning when I weighed myself...Sure enough I had gained two pounds!!!
DESPAIR!!!
I was like, okaaaaaaaaaay I hate to have to say it buuuuuuut, You were RIGHT!!! And he said, weeeeeellll I'm ALWAYS right, but about WHAT this time? I'm like, Yeah, yeah, WHATEVERRRRR!!! I mean really, it made sense that I would gain...you over eat and sooner or later YOU GAIN...its a fact of life!!!

Buuuuuut as soon as I stepped on that scale in the morning and I saw that I had INDEED gained weight, it provoked my thoughts and immediately got me to thinking in spiritual terms. THE LAW OF THE HARVEST...
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galations 6:7)

God WILL NOT BE MOCKED...the Bible is literally saying that your making a mockery of God to think that you will NOT REAP WHAT YOU HAVE SOWN!!! "For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting." (Galations 6:8)

The results are not always immediate, BUT THEY WILL COME!!! You may look at yourself or another person and think, see, they didn't what was right or well I did it anyways even though I was told not too, buuuuut look at me, I'm FINE! Life is GREAT! God is GOOD! Yes HE IS, buuuuuut do not be fooled, GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED, the results of your choices may not be immediate, buuuuuuut THEY WILL COME!!!

The flip side of the coin is that if you sow in the spirit, you will reap a spiritual harvest!!! "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." (Galations 6:9) Once again, God will NOT be mocked, if you don't believe God will bless you for doing THE RIGHT thing, you too are making a mockery of God. Your blessings WILL COME...JUST WAIT!!!

Good seeds or bad seeds...in due season your harvest will come!! Its not always immediate results...Sometimes it takes 37 hours...37 days...37 weeks...37 months...and perhaps maybe even 37 years...buuuuuuuuut it WILL COME!
You will reap what you sow!!!
