Sooooooooooooo recently, I've endeavored to learn how to make a Boston Creme pie-which is really a cake!!! Two layers with a heavy vanilla custard in between!!!! The first time I made it I thought it was PERFECT!!!! However, the cake turned out REALLY dry!!!! i WAS SOOOOO SAD!!!
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut of course I did NOT give up, I just said, okaaaaaaaay Boston Creme Pie, CHALLENGE EXCEPTED!!! Annnnnnnnnd let me tell you all something, this time it came out

The one and only problem was that I decided to double the icing recipe and then without thinking it through, I just poured the whole thing on top...
