I FINALLY reached my next weight loss goal!!! I reached the last goal in July and reached this next goal of another 10 pounds on Wednesday, January 29th!!! Soooooooo a little over 6 months!!! Buuuuuuuut heyyy I DID IT!!!

Soooooo. during covid in 2020, I gained 87 pounds since the lowest weight i had gotten to in 2019!!!! I honestly don’t know how it happened, it seemed like i blinked and it was on me… 87 pounds!!!! I think part of me he issue was that i had been on extremely low carb so when i went off, even a teeny bit i just gained so fast!!! This last 30 pounds i’ve lost more slowly because im not on a diet, im working on making lifestyle changes that work for ME!!! I do high protein and and naturally gluten free foods and that seems to be a sustainable lifestyle that i don’t have to be EXACT in calories or specific trying to go into ketosis mode, and i don’t have to always go off and then get myself back on!!! now i've lost 51 pounds of weight i gained, so i'm more than halfway to getting back to that weight again!!!

I’m 4 pounds away from my long term goal on NOOM!!! (Noom is an app with science and phycology behind what they do! They have lessons and you weigh in track what you eat and earn daily Noom coins! I really like it!!!

Sooooooo anyways, i’ll let you all know when i’ve reached my Noom goal and i might even announce my weight- not that im overly secretive about it!!!! 😂 And then i’ll tell you guys what my Next Noom goal is!!!!
