When my little brother died and I sent out his funeral announcement to my friends, I don’t know how many friends were like, WOW, your brother is really handsome!!! I’m like, yes, YES!!! Buuuuuuut what do you expect, he’s related to ME!!!! 😘😇

Okaaaaaaaay I knoooooow we look NOTHING alike, he loved letting me know that he looked MORE ITALIAN than me 🙄🙄🙄🙄 buuuuuut still, he only got even better looking after gettin my MY DNA!!! Lol

Even at 450 the ladies would gush over him!!! He was like an old lady magnet!!! At his wedding 💒 a 70 year old lady told me that if she was 10 years younger this would’ve been HER WEDDING DAY!!! I was liiiiiike, UH, try at least 40ish years younger!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😇

Prayer Copier!!!

Sooooooooo I was remembering this moment with Odin from a few years back it completely cracked me up ALL OVER AGAIN!!! So we're have prayer time and we’re literally 10-seconds in to praying when Odin looks at me like I had just stolen the 10 commandments from Moses on mount Sinai and says, 

“ARE YOU COPYING ME???”

I’m like, NO, I’m praying!!!

He says, Weeeeeeeelllll, I said, I love you God! And THEN YOU said I love you God too!!! So, YOU DID COPY ME!!!

Even in my sleep!!!

Sooooooooo the other day I'm having this dream, that my sister and I are at Dillard's, shopping at one of their big sales. Well my sister goes to pay for her $2 item and the cashier says to my sister, "that'll be $6!" And my sister says, well it's marked $2  and the lady says, well yeeeesss, buuuuut we're adding on an automatic $3 fee for the big sale today.

.

Soooooooooo my sister is like, well that makes NO SENSE Forget it I dont want it! And the lady says, it's too late, you can't leave the store without paying the $3 fee, plus the other two for the product EVEN if you don't want it now because someone else COULD'VE already bought it by now. 

.

Soooooooooo they're arguing back and forth, the cashier is suggesting she just pay the $6 DOLLARS, the place is packed out with crazy shoppers, (Btw: I wasn't buying anything, sooooo it REALLY WAS a dream!!!;) Sooooooooooo just as security was about to be called on my sister, I wake up...

Annnnnnnnnnd the first thing I think is WAIT, $2 plus $3 isn't $6, IT'S FIIIIIIIIIIVVVVEEE DOLLARS!!!!Then I was liiiiiiiike OMW....

WHY God cannot be understood!!!

I was talking to one of my friends one time, and we were discussing how sometimes we just can't understand God. We don't get WHY He does things a certain way or WHY He allows certain things to happen. We just have to trust Him and know that He is looking out for us...And I started off in the discussion pretty theological "...the foolishness of God is wiser than men..." (1 Corinthians 1:25)

I'm like you know, we just don't understand the way God works...Sometimes He’s JUST HARD TO FIGURE OUT!!! Then without thinking about it, it just came to me, I'm like, buuuuuuuuuut THEN AGAIN that makes PERFECT SENSE...

Most people don't know that back in 1912, Hellmann's mayonnaise (Now more commonly known a Best Foods) was manufactured in England. In fact, the Titanic was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after its stop in New York . This would have been the largest single shipment of mayonnaise ever delivered to Mexico. But as we know, the great ship did not make it to New York. The ship hit an iceberg and sank, and the cargo was forever lost. The people of Mexico, who were crazy about mayonnaise, and were eagerly awaiting its delivery, were disconsolate at the loss. Their anguish was so great, that they declared a National Day of Mourning, which they still observe to this day. Life update!!!

Life update!!! 

Weeeeeeelllll i know i’ve been pretty lame on here, buuuuuuuuut, ive just been trying to figure things out!!! in November i got a job promotion and im now a Kids Club MANAGER and it’s at the busiest location in our district!!! Which thankfully is only 5 minutes from my house!!! i absolutely loooooooove my job buuuuuut you guys bell  ACTUALLY A SUPERVISOR!!!! I was shocked anyone would ever recommend me for a leadership position!!! 

.

The other cool thing is that i’m sooooooo busy i’ve lost about 40 more pounds since i got the promotion!!! i’m sooooooo close to having lost 200 pounds since my heaviest weight which seems like a life time ago!!!

.

The only downside to everything is the fact that I havnt figured out when to do all the important things!!! I finally figured out in the last two weeks a schedule for The Bible, prayer time, excercise, and EVEN calling Jenny!!! Yes lil bestie, i have a JENNY ALARM AOn my phone!!! I Set alarms on my phone for everything and am just waking up early! Now i just gotta figure out my blogging time!!! Don’t worry little bloggy, i will figure you out too!!! 😘

Seeing through LOVE!!!

Sooooooo the other day I was at Fry's getting out of my car, when I heard a couple talking to each other about a car. They were like, OH look at THAT CAR, that's a beautiful car!!! And in my head I thought, who cares about some fancy shmancy car!!! I LOOOOOVE MY CAR!!! I love my Honda Element! I don't care if it's not the latest, greatest, thing!!!  It's high off the ground, but compact and it has THE COLDEST AC annnnd it's really cute and reliable!!!! Sooooooo what if it has some scrapes and a dent on the bumper!!!! Those things just give it character!!!! It's THE BEST car I've everrrrr owned and I LOOOOOOOOVE my Orange Blossom Orange Crush, scrapes, bumps, DENTS AND ALL!!!

Weeeeeeeellll when the couple saw me as they walked by they stopped said, OH we were just talking about your car, it's a BEAUTY!!! I was liiiiiiiiiiiiike... OH THAAAAAAANK YOU!!!! They were like, yeah we love Honda Elements, we used to have one and really miss it!!! I was like, Oh totally agree!!! This is my favorite car i've ever owned!

Annnnnnd I thought, that must be what it's like to see through the eyes of love. When you love someone, you don't stay focused on all their flaws and imperfections. Yeah, you know they're there, buuuuuut you LOVE them!!!

God sees us through the eyes of love So often we compare ourselves to others. We want to be like them! (ok just to be really honest, I don't struggle with this a WHOLE LOT....buuuuuut occasionally...every ONCE IN A BLUE MOON!!!;) If only I was more like this or like so and so! Buuuuuuut God sees us the way I saw my car and was defending it in my head. He hears us or knows what we're thinking inside and he's LIKE, whaaaaaat??? That's MY GIRL and I think she is AWESOME!!! She's just the best thing everrrrrr. That's MY CHILD!!! I took EXTRA time to make him the way he is.

Grandmas these days!!!

One of the boys in the Kid's Club I work at was guessing ages of kids and the other staff members. I told him to guess my age and he just kind of shrugged and was like, Idk probably the same age as my grandma.

I took a deep breath and reminded myself that kids are KIDS and then I just said, Yeah, I know, I"m getting OLD!!! He's like, I didn't say you were OLD! I was like, yeah, you did! He's like, NO, I said you looked as old as my grandma!!!! I was like, well yes, and grandmas are old ladies, right?

He just shrugs and casually says, 

my grandma is 30!!!
