Hanna's Big Day of SURPRISES!!! (Day 2) (Part 1)

Okaaaaaaaaaaaay SOOOOO back to my trip to the bay in May!!! Ooooo I know you all thought that I had forgotten about it buuuuuuuut NOOOOOOO!!! I was just waiting for the PERFECT moment to do it...weeeellll actually I was having some TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!!!

Anywayz, you can read DAY ONE here to refresh your memory I'll refresh your memory right now with HOW the first day ended!!! It ended with Hanna and I falling asleep on the couches of the Kifle's living room,

 DYING of

CURIOUSITY!!!

Hanna's brother, Coco had said that Hanna, me and their cousin Seyon needed to be up and ready to leave by 5:45 am, he was coming to pick us up for some sort of adventure!!!

 

All we knew was that it had something to do with her graduation we thought buuuuuuuut...we had NO clue what it was and he was being SUPER MYSTERIOUS about it!!! He kept telling Hanna, "If you love me, You'll get up!" (WOW) Of course, being the SHEEP-like young ladies that we are, we all agreed!!! (Baaaaaah!)

 I was left in charge of waking Hanna and Syon... otherwise those two said they would NOT be getting up!!!  the three of us are jus like... WHATEVERRR this is, it had BETTER BE WORTH IT!!! annnnnnnd Hannna said, that this early in the morning it had better involve COFFEE!!!

.

Before we went to sleep that night, Hanna's like, MARY, what if its like, SUPER LAME??? Sooooooo before we drifted off to sleep, We both decided that FOR HIS SAKE, we would PRETEND it was really super cool and awesome...NO MATTER WHAT IT WAS!!! (See how sweet and kind-hearted the two of us are????;)

Weeeeeeeeelllllllll the morning came and HONESTLY I had NO difficulty getting up!!! I was DYING of curiosity as to what this fun adventure was!!! I love surprises and doing crazy stuff like this! So I got Hanna and Seyon up, we got ready...soooooo LOOKED liked ragamuffins that literally had just rolled out of bed buuuuuut yeah...WE pretty much had annnnnd WHO CARES!!!

 Sooooooo FINALLY Coco gets there, FOUR MINUTES LATE I would like to add!!! He KEPT making sure THAT we would be READY by 5:45...buuuuuuuut he said NOTHING about being four minutes late himself...annnnnnnd YES I still remember that...I think I was biting my tongue at the moment...

.

Soooooo we all get in the car, he tells everyone where to sit, I get shot gun and he tells me I'm' gonna have a very special job...buuuuuuuuut I KNOW that the real reason I'm sitting shot gun is cuz you can fit three SMALLER people in the back if the bigger person sits in the front, HEEEEY I'M NOT STUPID!!! I know these things!!! LOL Not that I minded sitting shotgun...I wonder why its called shotgun???

Btw: this WAS his car, THE ROSE!!! I say WAS, because Hanna just told me the other day that he sold her!!! I was like WHAAAAAAAAAT??? He SOLD THE ROSE??? NOOOOOOOO!!!! I have such fond memories made with her!!! She was a part of a HUGE EVENT in my life...(You won't get to read about that till several more days) Annnnnnnnnd furthermore, THE HUNK, my car, NEVERRRR EVEN GOT TO MEET HER!!! He sooooooooo wanted to, too!!! ♥♥ *Tears Coco! TEARS!!! :,(

Okaaaaaaaay ANYWAYZ, Sooooo we all get in and then we have to go get one more person that is going on this adventure with us, Miss Jackie!!! Sooooooo once all of us girls are together, we're totally just like hyped up wondering whats going on!!! Hanna says, OK can we get coffee NOW and Coco says, your NOT going to want coffee till AFTER the adventure...we're like, Whaaaaaaat????? WHY??? All he says is, You'll SEE!!!

 Weeeeeeeeelllll we're just driving on the freeway when he veers off onto some side street and we go onto this like mountain, we're like, what are we doing??? Where are you taking us??? and Coco just starts driving us around...We're like, COCO??? WHAT ARE WE DOING???

.

He's just like, We're going on an ADVENTURE!!!

Annnnnnnd whaaaaaaaaaat and adventure it was!!! As SOON as we started the drive we KNEW WHY we had to wait for coffee!!! Cuz it was this crazy-twisty-curvy road and he may have driving a little fast... which may have caused the coffee to spill..It was REALLY like a LOT of FUN tho!!! Annnnnnnnnd I will add in that Coco is a very good driver...

So there are all these twists and turns and We were all laughing and the girls were all SCREAMING from the back seat...Hanna's screaming, Coco, Coco! COCO this isn't funny!!! COCO!!! I have to GRADUATE TODAY!!! Soooo they're all screaming EXCEPT me!!! I don't why i'm NOT buuuuut this kinda stuff just doesn't really scare me...maybe its just cuz i'm used to riding with myself??? AHAHAHA!!! (Juuuuuuust kidding to any of the mom's that I drive your children around!!! TOTALLY JK!!! :)))))

Wellll we're driving along and Jackie just happens to be recording EVERYTHING!!! All of the sudden these two deers just come walking out in front of us, Coco stopped in time buuuuut we were all totally surprised annnnnd ESTATIC to see these deers, buuuuuuuuuuut SEYON like FLIPPED OUT!!!! She was like OFF THE WALL EXCITED!!! She was like, AAAAAAAAAAuuuuuGGGGGHHHH!!! Its BAMBI!!! BAMBI!!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!! HI BAMBI!!! Now we were all HYSTERICAL cuz of her reaction and we're all like laughing sooooooooooo HARD!!!

Then the discussion the rest of the trip was that, the two deers must have been brother and sister and we're like, who was the brother and who was the sister???

Coco says, OBVIOUSLEY the sister deer was the one that ran off and did its own thing instead of following the brother deer!!!! BAHAHAHA!!!

Oooooooooo annnnnd THEN we're driving on this MOUNTAIN annnnnnnd Coco is like, Ummmm you guys, my tank is showing that its on E! We're like HAHA!!! Nice joke Coco!! He's like, NO JOKE!!! I look and i'm like YOU GUYS IT IS ON EMPTY!!! ANNNNND of course none of us had cell phone service on this MOUNTAIN,  Now I was getting scared, I mean, the thought of having to WALKING DOWN THE MOUNTAIN....YEAH...LOL

Buuuuuuuuuuut we drove down and made it and the FIRST thing Hanna says is, OKAAAAAAAAAY.... NOW CAN WE GET COFFEE??? And Coco says, NO, FIRST WE GET GAS IN HERE!!! Sooooooo we gas up, then we  head to STARBUCKS!!! Coco bought for all of us, DRINKS AND BREAKFAST!!! Sooooooooooo nice of him...I silently forgave him in my mind for being four minutes late!!!! LOL (However, that does NOT, NOW make up for him SELLING THE ROSE!!!)

Anywayz, I forget what I got to drink, I think the White Chocolate Mocha...buuuuuut for my breakfast I got a MARSHMALLOW DREAM BAR!!! When we got all of our stuff everyone was like, Who got the MARSHMALLOW DREAM BAR FOR BREAKFAST??? I'm like, ummmm helloooooooooo if im gonna go off my diet its gonna be for something GOOOOOOD!!! (Besides, I think they  named those rice krispy treats after me...ya know, cuz i'm sweet, white and fluffy...YOUR MARSHMALOW DREAM...GET IT???)

So after we are done eating we get in the car and we just start heading back home...I'm like soooooo CONFUSED!!! Like, I thought you were gonna show us something??? I mean NOT that the adventurous ride and FREE Starbucks wasn't already THEBOMB.COM.... buuuuuuuut.... sooooo we're driving along headin back home and the girls are in the back replaying over and over Seyon screaming when she saw Bambi...totally preoccupied...

.

So Coco tells me to reach under my seat and to hand the package down there to Hanna and to take pics!!! (Oh soooooo DID have a special job!!!) So I get it out and tell her, this is from Coco...

.

1. So here she is first just looking at the bag...He wraps like me...LOL!

2. Now she is starting to open the bag...

3.She takes out a box and is trying to figure out what is inside the Honeywell box

4. Coco says that the box isn't what is inside the box

5. she is starting to realize what it is inside the box....

6. ANNNNNNNNNNNND THEN IT REGISTERS!!!

7. COCO GOT HER A BRAND SPANKING NEW iPAD!!!

Liiiiiiiiiiiiike the newest kind out!!!!  She had really been especially wanting one for when she plays music at church!!! As you can tell, she was pretty FLIPPED OUT ABOUT IT!!! Almost as much as when Seyon saw BAMBI!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

9. Annnnnnnnd here is Coco looking PRETTY pleased with himself!!!

 Hanna is giving him a hug form the backseat!!!

Awwwwwwwwwwwww annnnnnnnnnd here they are afterwards brotherly/sisterly LOVE!!!

Okaaaaaaaaaaaaay now this is MORE LIKE IT!!!The big sis eye roll going on!!! BAHAHAHAHA!!!

Of course, like any good brother would do, Coco was there to REMIND her the rest of the time how much he had spent on his gift annnnnnnnnnd he made her keep this pic you see below as her screensaver for at LEAST A MONTH as her thanks to him!!! She said it was SCARING her EVERY TIME she got on her iPad too!!!

AnywayZ, I have to say, he did a really good job with his graduation gift!!! Not just giving her a really AWESOME waaaaaaaaaay cool gift, buuuuuut finding a very MEMORABLE way giving it to her!!! I mean, I think this early morning adventure AND SUNDAY, were my favorite parts of the trip!!! Soooooooooo yeah, GOOD JOB COCO, In fact Classic Mary Moments would like to present you with an extra big PURRRRR annnnnnd this amazing AWARD...

God is just COOL like that!!!!!!

Soooooooo a few weeks ago our church was having a back to school youth rally at our church. The Sunday before the rally, when our pastor got up to preach, he briefly mentioned that if anyone wanted to give in the offering for that youth rally coming up it would be appreciated. That's ALL HE SAID!!! My first thought was, WEEEEEEEELLLL...I don't got anything extra...Sorry God! Okaaaaaaaaaaay i'm just being HONEST those were my thoughts...then I had a brief after thought of...buuuut if you give me something extra i'll give it...buuuuut you don't have to...its up to you!!!

.

Whateverrrr....going on with my day not giving it a second thought!!! Well Monday or Tuesday of that week MJ was helping me move stuff out of my room because we were getting new carpet in the rooms. Well one of the things she moved off of my bookshelf was a little box that my Coach id case that my sis had gotten me the year before for Christmas came it! I was like, oh its such a cute little box but I don't even know why I kept it...the ID is loooooooooong gone since then...as an after thought I flip it open there is a wad of....DRUM ROLL...puleeeeeze....Barummp...ta-dunt-da...

 

CASH!!!

I was like, Oooooo JACKPOT!!! And God was like, YES, JACKPOT!!! I was like, Ooooo that's RIGHT...OFFERING!!!  I was just like WOW God!!! You really wanted to me to give in that offering didn't you!!! It was only like $70ish dollars...buuuut STILL...God is just SOOOOOOO COOL LIKE THAT!!! I mean I honestly have no idea what I had put that money aside for over a year ago...I'm known to put money aside and then forget about it or just assume that I spent it!!!

.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut YOU KNOW, who knows, MAYBE I didn't put the money aside??? For all I know, God could have just put that money in there for me to give...HE CAN DO THAT YOU KNOW!!! Sometimes you think that you don't have anything to give but God has a stash that you don't even know about!!! Later on in the week two other people in our church testified to me as well that when Pastor first mentioned the offering they did not plan to give but later on in the day or in the week God delt with them and they ended up giving...Isn't that soooooo COOL????

God is just AWESOME!!!

Anotherrr cRaZy Wednesday!!!

Last night you guys, it was ABSLOUTE cRaZiNeSsSsSsS!!!! We get to the classroom last night it was just CHAOS!!! Now you all should know that I AM NOT good at taking charge in large group setting of kids...soooo it was WILD!!! We REALLY NEEDED Sis. Abbott in there!!! AHAHAHA!!!

(It may NOT look like that many kids in the pic, buuuuuut you can't see the ones that are being dog piled, the ones in the bathroom, the one in the adult class for mis-behaving and the ones in the youth class!!!)

Now Sis. Abbott had emailed me the lesson to go over annnnnnnnnnd I did!!! I brought it up on our desktop and studied it out yesterday...I was ALL READY...buuuuuuuuut when I got to the classroom, Sis. Abbott had forgotten to leave out the actual lesson book...buuuuuuuuut I didn't know that....and the OLD one was out sooooo I assumed that was the book...weeeellll i'm flipping through the book annnnnnnnd I can NOT find the lesson...MEANWHILE...

.

The kids are just bouncing off the walls...like whats going on??? Mary, Why aren't you teaching??? Mary can we just have candy? Mary Do we get a snack? Mary, Can I get a drink? Mary, Can I be in the teens class? Mary, Are you going to tell my mom I was bad? Mary, he is hitting me!   MARY! I have to go to the bathroom!!! I'm like, you guys BE QUIET, I'm trying to figure this out...They're like, WOW!!! This is BORING!!! Sis. Abbott is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better THAN YOU!!!

I'm like, SHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT UUUUUUUUUUUP!!!! (I know, I know, I won't be getting any teacher of the year awards for that!!! lol) If you guys don't stop talking your going to the adult class!!! Immeditately they all start saying, Mary? I'm being good!!! another kid, Ok! I'll be good!!! and another, Yeah i'll be good! Someone else says, Mary, they are still talking! I'm like, YOUR ALL STILL TALKING,  I SAID NOT TO TALK!!! Even if your telling me that your NOT...The next person that talks is GOING TO THE ADULT CLASS!!! one more kid just HAD to speak up, "Mary, am I BEING GOOD???! I'm like, NOPE! I SAID NOT TO TALK annnnnnnnnd you just did... your GOING TO THE ADULT CLASS!!!

The class GASPED as we marched off...I'm pretty sure Sis. Abbott woulda been pretty proud of me for ACTUALLY following through and doing that!!! When I got back, the classroom was somewhat subdued, I then informed them that if they continued to act that way I was going to put their name on a list and give it to Pastor Abbott when he got back into town and then THE PASTOR would be calling their parents!!! I'm like, WHO wants THE PASTOR to CALL THEIR MOM??? They're eyes were sooooooo BIG...I'm like YES, that's RIGHT, I said THE PASTOR is gonna call YO MOMMA!!! 

.

Then after that the class calmed down ENOUGH for me to AT LEAST teach the lesson...which I managed to find on my phone what Sis. Abbott had emailed me!!! (THANK GOD FOR iPHONES!!!!) My helpers, Sis. Everleen and Bro. Tommy said it went well....buuuuuuuuut IDK...AHAHAHA!!!!

NOW in the VAN!!!

 I'm really thankful to have had one of the Chocolate Mommas with us!!! Man she was helping us out!!! The kids are like, MARY! They are cussing!!! She's like, CUSSING??? CUSSING??? In the church van??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS!!! We don't cuss on the church van...well we shouldn't cuss at all...BUUUUT ESPECIALLY NOT ON THE CHURCH VAN!!! The NEXT person that cusses is getting themselves PRAYED FOR annnnnd then YO mouth washed out with SOAP!!!

 

AHAHAHAHA!!! We're like JAM-PACKED in there and one of the girls yells out, EVERYONE IN THE VAN NEEDS TO START WEARING DEODORANT!!! Me and Tommy start laughing sooooo hard!!! I was like, Ooooo yes!!! PREACH on that for a while sistA!!! Someone get this girl a MICROPHONE!!! There HAS to be a scripture on this SOMEWHERE in the Bible!!!  (Heeeeeey I had my deodorant on...mine and enough for everyone else, plus I do a mini shower in body spray and perfume...I'm like a walking deodorizer in the van!!!)

Then on the way back, Chocolate Momma again yelling at the kids for us. "WOW!!! you all are REALLY SHOWING OUT!!! What is WRONG WITH YOU GUYS!!! DIS-RESPEEEEECT!!! This is a CHURCH VAN!!! Not just any van...A CHURCH VAN...THIS IS GOD'S VAN!!!

Its like silent for about 15-seconds...THEN...in the darkness a voice spoke up in a whisper...

ACTUALLY this is MARY'S VAN!!!

.

I like busted up laughing...I'm like, UH NO ITS NOT!!! (I had to clarify cuz I ain't about to take God's van from him!!!) I mean really, you all think at age 31 I just HAPPEN to own a 15-seater with the church name and number on it??? Even I'm NOT THAT COOL!!!

.

Finally by ten, after missing moms that got pulled over by cops, a bed bug scare and a few other things...WE WERE DONE!!! I was like ready to just pass out!!! Tommy's like, its ok Mary, we did it!!! We made it through ANOTHER night doing the work of the Lord!!! I'm like AMEN AND AMEN!!!

Annnnnnd now that its the next day...I'm ready for THE NEXT TIME!!! I have to say, working for THE LORD is the best life there is!!! Bringing souls to Jesus...that's what its all about!!! Annnnnnnnd I know that SOME DAY life will change, when I have my own kids, I know that I will have different responsibilities that may keep me from being able to do the things that I do now as a single person, buuuuuuuuut I'm glad that when that does happen,

I'll be able to look back and know that...

 WHEN I COULD,

PACKED OUT!!!!

We're PACKED OUT in the van tonight.... We had to turn kids away!!!! We need ANOTHER VAN, and another driver annnnd another helper.... IN JESUS NAME!!!...God IS ABLE !!!!

P.s. Pray for me.... I have to teach annnnnd Sis. Abbott is out of town!!! Aaaaaauuuuuuhhhh!!!!

P.p.s Oooooo or maybe we jus need to pray for a BIGGER van or EVEN an actual BUS!!!!!

Your worth as a big fat ZERO!!!

Do you ever feel like a ZERO??? Like your NOTHING??? I mean think about it, how much value does a zero have??? If someone gives you ZERO dollars, how much did they just give you??? NOTHING!!! And sometimes in life we get to think that we are NOTHING but zeros!!! We have NO VALUE and NO WORTH annnnnnd if your thinking that, the truth is that YOU ARE RIGHT!!! We are NOTHING BUT ZEROS!!!

.

However, a few Sunday nights ago, a group of us were sitting around talking after church, and one of the guys at our church works at a bank and he was joking around saying, yeah, come bank with ME and i'll help you out...I'll just add in a few zeros to your account!!! Ok just for the record the guy was totally joking, he does NOT really do this...buuuut we were all laughing about it...

.

Annnnnnnd that got me to thinking, I refrained from adding this in at the moment, buuuuuut I was thinking about what he said, I just added in a few zeros...I realized when you add zero's to ANY number, you INCREASE the value of that number!!! you add in a zero next to a 1 and you get a 10! Add in another 0 and you get a 100 add in another 0 and you get 1000 annnnnnnnd you get the picture.

.

Do realize that with out God we are NOTHING!!! We have no worth! No value!!! We are NOTHING buuuut a big fat zero!!! Buuuuuut if we will take our sorry, good-for-nothing-selves and stand ourselves NEXT TO JESUS...we suddenly have WORTH!!! When you get next to Jesus, you INCREASE your value. You were JUST A ZERO buuuuut with God you can become a part of something GREAT!!! You were NOTHING, buuuuut with Jesus you can become something!!!

.

However, so often we want to just kind of do our own thing even in the kingdom of God! We want to be the ones in the spot light. Look at me...Look at what I've become...I don't got to stand next to them... I'm better then them... Listen up peeps, your still JUST a zero so you better get together with all the other zeros or else your NOT gonna make it in God's kingdom!!! You don't have value without all your other lil zeros!!! We are the body of Christ, you NEED all your other little zero brother's and sister's in Christ!!! The Bible says, "...Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand" (Matthew 12:25)

.

We have to unify ourselves TOGETHER to become something greater that what we already are. Buuuuuuut the more zeros that will stand next to the one, THE GREATER the value the number becomes. We may not see eye to eye on everything, we're all always going to have our own personal oppinions about matters, BUUUUUT if we can all realize, that we all have a greater purpose then the here and now. If we can all bind together in realization that our ultimate PURPOSE is to make it to heaven and to bring as many souls with us, great things will begin to happen!!! Think about it...

Furthermore, I would like to point out that a zero does NOT increase its value, UNLESS it is standing in the correct place next to the number!!! For example, if a 0 decides to stand IN FRONT of the 1 you get this; 01 and you know what, that zero STILL HAS NO VALUE!!! Its still JUST a zero! If you want to have value in the kingdom of God, you have to learn YOUR place in God's kingdom!!! The devil tried to be like that zero that put himself IN FRONT OF God and that didn't work out to well! God cast him DOWN!!!

 

You don't just get your value by going to church...You've got to ALIGN yourself with THE WORD OF GOD!!! There is this thing that we as humans all have difficulty with and that is SUBMISSION!!! Submission gives us an order that we are supposed to be in, as humans our flesh wants to be OVER! It is hard to entrust our will to another. There is an order that God expects to line up to wives to their husbands, husbands to their pastor, pastor's to their elders and ultimately it all leads up to us all submitting to God.So often we think that if we could just change our position to a more authoritative place in God's kingdom, our value would increase but that is NOT true. When you get out of your place you begin to lose your value. Your just like that 0 that is standing in front of the 1.

 

 I know i'm not married, so no one start throwing tomatoes at me for saying this, buuuuut I think that us woman often think that because we're at the bottom, we're the lowliest of all and often we just SOOOO want to be the one in charge!!!! Buuuuuut I heard a preacher once say, Ladies, you want to be a POWERFUL woman??? SUBMIT TO YOUR HUSBAND!!! There is an anointing that will come on us when we SUBMIT!!! Then he went on to say in general to everyone, when you see someone with a great anointing on them, your looking at a VERY SUBMITTED person!!! The blessings and anointing of God will rest on a submitted person!!! Submission doesn't DECREASE our value, it INCREASES our value!!!

Only God can make SOMETHING out of NOTHING!!!

Yes, you may just be a zero, ACTUALLY, you are a zero...WE ALL ARE...buuuuuuut YOU CAN become a part of something great with Jesus. We just have to remember to stand in the correct place and bind together in unity and we as zeros will be a part of something that our humanly mind can not conceive the greatness of its value!!!

Aunt Chalada's Food review!!!

Okaaaaaaaaaay sooooooooo last Sunday afternoon we went to Aunt Chilada's Mexican resturaunt...NOW this place was Stultz's choice ANNNNNNNNND I said before hand that IF we didn't like it, that meant we got to TP his car!!! Heh, heh!!! Soooooooo WHAAAAAT do you think happened??? *Insert mysterious music, ♪womp, womp, womp♪ Dunt, dunt, dunt♫* then Evil Dr. Blackard laugh!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Soooooooooooo we went ANNNNND the chips and salsa were EXCELLENT!!! They have flour tortilla chips and they were like soooooooooo THEBOMB.COM

 Then on Sunday afternoons till 2 they have a free chocolate fountain...Alyssa and I decided while we were waiting for our food to come, to venture on over, Seth just told his wife what to get him, and Stultz maturely refrained, saying he didn't want to ruin his appetite...

I was like, Ain 't gonna ruin mine!!!

Buuuuuuut after a few bites I decided that, although it wasn't ruining my apetite...it wasn't WORTH the CALORIES!!! It kind of tasted like that really cheap Palmer Chocolate...NASTY...that's the one kind chocolate that even I won't eat!!! Buuuuut you can never have TO HIGH of expectations for FREE!!!

THEN...THE FOOD CAME!!!

I got the El Pollo Fundido...
                          A chimichanga stuffed with chicken and smothered with Aunt Chilada's own Mexican cheese sauce and topped with jalapeño cream cheese. (AWESOMENESS right there)  Served with rice and beans. It was superrrr GOOOOOD!!!! I even liked the flavor of the beans...ya know, sometimes beans are kind of bland but these had a really good flavor!!!

Seth and Alyssa got the fajitas annnnnnnnnnd they didn't really care for them to much...

 

 

Stultz got the

 Seafood Enchiladas 

  Two enchiladas filled with fresh shrimp and scallops then topped with a Mexican cheese sauce. Served with rice and beans.... he said they were really good...I have NO IDEA...I don't like sea food sooooo I wasn't about to try them...He also says the fish tacos are really good....once again...I HATE SEAFOOD!!!

I really liked the decorations at this place, it was really ethic looking...like fiesta-ish...the courtyard was really pretty and looked like a fun place to eat lunch in...IF WE WEREN'T IN THE AZ SUMMER!!! The only complaint was for a lil more comfortable chairs!

 Annnnnnnd here we are, the four of us, goooood times with GOOOOOD FRIENDS!!!

 Overall, rating the resturaunt from a scale of 1-10, I would give it and 8.5!!! (HA...sound, FAMILIAR???;)  I mean, it was GOOOOOOD but it wasn't Chevy's!!! Buuuuut since all the Chevy's have closed down...I suppose we can compromise!!!

AWESOME SUNDAY!!!!

Today was an AWESOME DAY AT LANDMARK PENTECOSTAL CHURCH!!!

 

Full van this morning for Friends and Family Sunday!!!! We are ready to get our praise on and have churrrrrrch!!!! We literally PACKED out the church van and I actually had to turn people away...WE NEED A BIGGER BUS!!!

And as always, we  had a GOOOOOOOD TIME IN THE VAN!!! Me and Tommy GET DOWN WITH THE MUSIC!!! We're like, COME ONE EVERYBODY, WE WANNA HEAR YOU SING!!!!

Here  I am, Auntie GrandMary with lil Ciatta!!! Did I tell you guys that she can already purrrr?!? Its sooooo cuuuute seeing her already starting to imitate in church, clapping her hands and raising her lil arm and waving in for Jesus!!! Jestina was like, I see my daughter is copying you!!! AHAHAHAHA!!!

Bro. Lacour's church joined us today and Bro. Bray came with them!!!! It was such a powerful service with such an awesome move of God!!!!

When Bro. Bray got up it was so funny, buuuuut soooo true what he said about Bro. Lacour! He was saying that it had been soooo good to be with the Lacour's church, In Cave Creek, off of Dynamite road, then he said, but I THINK WE ALL KNOW that Bro. Lacour is the Dynamite on Dynamite road! AHAHAHAHA!!! That's TRUTH right there people!!! LOL

ALTER CALL WAS AMAZING!!!

There were so many people at the alter praying, it was like this overwhelming, BUUUUT AWESOME feeling of, WHO SHOULD I PRAY WITH!?! I would start to pray with one person and then see someone else praying and want to go over to them too!!!

For the first time, these boys really started praying at the alter and seeking God for the Holy Ghost!!! They were telling me afterwards that they want to start coming on Sundays!

This lady in this pic below is Sis. Ann...She is a Pentecostal lady from Kenya that has been in the U.S. for  a year now looking for a Pentecostal church to go to. She has been praying about it...we didn't know NOTHING about this...

last week she found our church online, ON HER OWN ACCORD, she took a taxi to our church...after we all got to talking to her, it turns out that she is living SIX MINUTES FROM OUR CHURCH!!! You can't tell me, THATS NOT GOD!!! God brought her to our church!!!

This right here is one of the boys that has been coming on Wednesday nights Mom!!! They aren't from the main area that we get kids, so I knew last night that we wouldn't have room for him in the van so my sis was going to get him but when she got there his mom and lil brother wanted to come to, and she got soooo touched at the alter annnnnd someone talked to her and she is wanting a Bible study!!! There was another couple to that were requesting a Bible study...THANK YOU JESUS!!!

Last BUUUUUT not least, these two kids right here, Eli and Audrey are my personal trainer's kids

Annnnnnd I know that my personal trainer IS going to start going to a Pentecostal church!!! I'm like, really, you that there is NO WAY God just brought us together, sooooo that I can LOOK GOOD...Heee, hee!!! Anywayz, her kids, LOVED the service!!! Audrey was praying so good at the alter call. I was praying with the boys and then Sis. Alyssa went over and asked her if she wanted to pray and I'm SO GLAD that she did cuz I didn't even know who to pray with...Audrey was so touched she was starting to cry, after wards I was talking to her, I asked her if she felt God? She said, Yes, then she says, you know I was thinking, maybe I could come to church with you EVERY SUNDAY!!!

I was like, SURE!!! I mean, I don't care if we're driving to GLENDALE to pick up people for SCOTTSDALE!!! We'll DO IT!!! The other kids were asking too...You guys, these kids are asking to come to CHURH!! This was NOT kids church, it was CHURRRRRCH!! No kids classes, no puppet shows...JUST THE PRESENCE OF GOD!!!

All in all today was AN AWESOME DAY!!! We had like 30 visitors, NOT counting anyone from Bro. Lacour's church or The Brays!!!! Buuuuuut you know what made me SUPPPERRRR excited about this???? I would say MORE THAN HALF of our visitors were CHOCOLATE!!! These were not just the people that I brought, they are coming in from amongst all over, there was a beautiful you lady that walked in during the preaching today, she went up at alter call and prayed sooooo good then she left right after church and know one even got a chance to talk to her....everyone just assumed she was with me cuz she was ya know CHOCOLATE...I was like, No I don't know her!!! LOL

Soooo anyways more than half our visitors were chocolate AND I just LOVE seeing Chocolate people in my church... Annnnnnd YOU ALL KNOW, HOW I LOOOOOOOOVE CHOCOLATE PEOPLE!!! Annnnnnnnnnd if you think i'm WEIRD for saying that, that's OK...BECAUSE I AM!!!  Liiiiiiiiiiike Duh!!! (Purrrrrrr)  Not to say that I don't love NON-Chocolate people...anyone that knows me, KNOWS that I LOVE EVERYONE...Buuuuut like chocolate...I can't explain it...its like there is this magnet in my heart that  just draws me even more to them...REMEMBER....I'm WEIRD!!! ;))) Buuuuuuuuut I can't help it, God put A LOVE IN ME that I just can't explain that's been there with me since I was just a lil four-year-old girl...People thought it was just a phase that eventually I would grow out of...buuuuuuuuuut here we are, 27 years later and YOU KNOW WHAT...I've NEVERRR grown out of it!!! its NEVERRRR LEFT!!!! Because GOD PUT THAT IN ME!!! Annnnd when God puts something in you, IT NEVER LEAVES YOU...its THERE TO STAY!!!

 

Anywayz, to make the LONG STORY SHORT...

God is doing GREAT THINGS in Scottsdale!!! We are having REVIVAL and I can't wait to see what God does next!!! PURRRR!
