Apostolic Jr Camp 2023!!! (Part 1)

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllll it's TIME TO BLOG ABOUT JR CAMP!!! I was going to try and just fit it all into ONE REALLY LOOOOOOOOOOOONG POST like I did for AMA, buuuuuuuuuuuut that just wasn't going to be possible....soooooooooo it's looking like TWO REALLY LOOOOONG POSTS!!!!

Soooooooooo I have to start off by saying that Jr. Camp was absolutely amaaaaaaaZing!!! Kid's just have the ability to bing down the presence of God!!! That must be WHY Jesus tells us, "Except ye become as little children, you will not enter the kingdom of God" Weeeeeeeelllllll let me tell you something, when the majority of a conference is children, the power of God is POURED OUT!!!!

And I was telling Denae Monday night, I ACTUALLY think that JR. Camp was better than AMA and thats really, really hard to say because that camp is POWERFUL!!! And she said I shouldn't compare conferences, it's not like I'm writing a yelp review...WHICH  IS TRUE...buuuuuuuuut God really touched me in some areas of my life that i needed to work on and maybe it was just that things are simplified for children...buuuuuut some of those object lessons made some things clear for me in a child-like way and weeeeeeeelllll we all know I'm just a BIG KID trapped as an adult!!! HAHA!!!

Buuuuuuuut don't worry Denae, I'm NOT going to yelp review Anitoch...I'm sure it will be JUST AS AMAAAAAZING in a completely different way!!! HEE, HE!!!

Take that devil!!!

We have been having AWESOME church over here at Landmark!!! The kids have just been seeking God and we've had quite a few get the Holy Ghost in the last little bit and they are still just praying and praying, such tender hearts and sensitive spirts to the presence of God.

.

BUUUUUUUUUUUT... this past Sunday night was one of the most amazing services ever! We had great church in the morning and then at night Pastor preached a powerful message about the potter not being finished with the clay. We had a great altar call and everyone had prayed and prayed and the service was coming to an end but there was my little nephew O. Unbeknownst to everyone else, he was on his knees, head buried and I could see his tear stains in the rug, he was just sobbing and travailing in prayer, saying, "I love you Jesus! I love you Jesus!"

.

Pastor said I think we should linger just a little longer in prayer and then he went over to Odin and told him to lift up his head and raise his hands. He lifted his tear-stained cheeks, raised his little arms and in less then five minutes he was speaking in other tongues!!!

 Then pastor said, TAKE THAT DEVIL!!!

And the whole church just went wild rejoicing!!!

When I think about everything Odin has been through and all the battles and people that the devil has used to try and stop this moment from happening, I can't tell you the overwhelming feeling of JOY I felt!!! There is POWER IN PRAYER and  God is the VICTOR!!!!

Take that DEVIL!!!

Ellie Karlson, who already got the Holy Ghost a month or so ago, before she even turned 4, stayed with him the whole time he prayed wiping away every single one of his tears with a tissue!!!

And his beloved Bishop!!!

Something that Denae Abbott, one of O's teachers at the school wrote about him...

God is doing great things!!! I'm so grateful for my church!!! I am blessed to go to Landmark Pentecostal Church of Scottsdale AZ!!! The Holy Ghost is moving!!!

It's REVIVAL TIME at Landmark!!!

God is doing great things over here in Scottsdale!!!

 Last weekend we hit up some houses in preparation for revival with the Frank's this week!!!

.

 We've been have GREAT services all this week, Thursday night Sister Faye got the Holy Ghost, last night we had such a strong spirit worship during song services and again during alter call, the spirit  of God was so strong. My little nephew O was praying and seeking God whole-heartedly for the Holy Ghost both times!!!

 It's going to happen soon I know it!!! 

 Got to church really early last night, our newest converts were in the kitchen making up posters to hit the street corner by our church to invite the cars driving by, they asked me if I wanted to join, I was like SUUUUUURE...I'm always down!!! So Judah and I went out with them, it was AWESOME!!! 

His name was MARTIN, 

buuuuuuuut then he got JESUS annnnnnnd now he's SMARTIN....HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYY!!!!👐

  I looooooooooove this!!!!

We're gonna do it again on Sunday and then we're gonna hit up outside the pot store and let them testify of God's deliverance from drugs!!! (S'Martin says he needs a megaphone for this tho!!!LOL) I'm soooooooooo excited, can't wait to see what God is going to do next at LANDMARK PENTECOSTAL CHURCH!!!!

Looking For A Friend???

My mom testified at church one time, and she shared something that I had NEVER heard before!!! It was soooo neat I just have to share it with you all!!!

.

She said that when we lived in New York, before we got in church, one of the things that prompted her to EVEN go to church at all, was that she was looking for a friend. She said that although there were people our family associated with, she didn't feel like she really had her own friend.

.

She was hoping for someone that she could do stuff with or just talk with on the phone! So when the Kathy, the lady across the street from us, invited my mom to church, one of the things that prompted her to go was she thought..."Maybe if I go, I'll find a FRIEND!!!"

.

She said that there were a lot of people that she met at church that she enjoyed fellowship with, BUT she said the friend she got, wasn't THE FRIEND she had been looking for. She said that when she got the Holy Ghost, she got a friend that has NEVER left her side. We were only at that church for nine months before we moved to AZ, she left behind her friends at that church, BUT Jesus, came right along with her!!! All her life long till she died she had Jesus, and she said that Jesus is STILL the best friend she has ever had!!!

Revival at Landmark!!!!

Weeeeeeeeeeelllll this past week we have been having an AWESOME, AMAZING REVIVAL!!! Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd Pastor Abbott brought in the ONE AND ONLY

BISHOP ABBOTT!!!

His father and the founder of our church!!! Annnnnnnd you guys wanna know something, I think EVERY MESSAGE that Bishop preached were OLD MESSAGES!!!! I mean starting from Wednesday night, he was preaching about LOVING THE WORD OF GOD!!! He was telling stuff and quotes that I LITERALLY have written in my Bible, simply because he's been preaching this same stuff since I was a kid!!! Every sermon he preached I knew ALL the stories he was gonna tell and could of told them with him as he was telling them...It's old stuff buuuuuut its still THE GOOD STUFF!!! Just because I've heard it before doesn't mean its leftovers... Its still FRESH!!!!

Friday night this man prayed back through to the Holy Ghost!!! He left the church when he was 18 but just recently started coming to our church! His wife got the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus name and Friday night this man got the victory!!! Him and pastor danced all over the front of the church together!!!

Then Kensie Karlson was praying for the Holy Ghost at the alter...

The Abbott's niece Arianna was praying for the Holy Ghost...

Weeeeeeeeeeelllllll THEN this morning ANOTHER backslider prayed back through to the Holy Ghost!!! He also brought his wife and kids with him and his wife was praying and his daughter...its His dad is Pentecostal preacher and you could tell he's a preacher's kid cuz TONIGHT he was ALREADY up front PRAYING WITH PEOPLE!!! Its sooooooooooo AWESOME!!!

THEN tonight, before church even started, during pre-service prayer, Arianna decided she wanted to get the Holy Ghost annnnnnd she wanted it BEFORE CHURCH!!!

SPEAKING IN OTHER TONGUES!!!

Annnnnnnnnd she got it JUST IN TIME to be able to PRAISE SING during the worship service!!!

Then during the song service this man, ANOTHER BACKSLIDER came up and he prayed back through to the Holy Ghost!!!

God is calling his lost sheep BACK HOME!!! We have three backslidden men, that aren't even from our church originally, they're from different states, one is even from Peurto Rico BUUUUUUT God is bringing them to our church and calling them home!!! Let this be a testimony to any of you out there that have backslidden loved ones...IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE THEY GO...God is STILL THERE!!!

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd NOW I saved my favorite story for last, this man, TONY GOT THE HOLY GHOST!!! You all I have to tell you, this man is the fiancé of one of the ladies I've been bringing to church annnnnnd he just recently started coming annnnnnd the first time we met we DID NOT have a friendly meeting!!! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Lets just say that I was SOOOOO MAD!!! I could NOT believe that I was being that disrespected BY AN ADULT, while bringing them to church! Weeeeeeeelllll to make the long story short cuz we were laughing and talking about it tonight...HE THOUGHT I WAS ONE OF THE KIDS ON THE BUS!!! Cuz I was sitting in the back and not up front with Tommy...I do that when we have a full van cuz you know, these kids are cray-cray WILD...anyway, Yeah, he just assumed that I was one of the kids...AAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That's sooooo AWESOMELY HILARIOUS!!!

Anywayz, I've been noticing a difference in him and have really felt a burden for him...I was soooooooo HOPING that he would get the Holy Ghost on Wednesday but he didn't!!! Buuuuuuuuut you know when you like just like HOPE to see someone get the Holy Ghost and you imagine it in your mind and wait and pray...

.

Weeeeeeeelllll tonight, during the song service STILL, while the other man was praying Pastor motioned for Tony to come up and he came right up to the alter and pastor started praying with him and BOOM, you all shoulda seen him when the Holy Ghost hit him, it was like AWESOME!!! He was praying sooooo loud, the church went WILD!!!

Annnnnnnnnnnd afterwards you could just see the joy all over him! His eyes just lit  up and he was smiling and laughing!!!!

He said he just felt like he could walk straighter annnnnd he's soooo happy he even has a smile on his face while he's getting it!!!  Its real! Its REAL!!! I KNOW ITS REAL!!!

I was showing him the pictures after church and he was like, send those to Marshea! I'm like, MAN she's going to wish she had seen you tonight!!! He's like, THATS WHAT SHE GETS FOR NOT COMING!!! THATS WHAT SHE GETS!!! AHAHAHAHA!!! Just wait till you guys get to know him better, This dude is HILARIOUS!!!

Buuuuuuuuuuuut she was sooooooooo happy when we got there!!! She was saying that she wants to be baptized again!!! Actually, Marshea also has a Pentecostal background, so she was baptized as a child and I asked her if it was in father, son, holy ghost or in Jesus name? ANd she said, no It was in Jesus name but I didn't have an understanding of what it meant so it didn't really mean anything to me....so she said she wants to talk to Pastor and see if they can get a Bible study on Jesus name baptism annnnnnd get baptized ASAP!!! I was like, OKAAAAAAAAAAAy buuuuuut if its at all possible, TRY TO WAIT TIL I"M BACK IN TOWN...buuuuuut...I mean...If God tells you to get baptized sooner...DON'T WAIT!!!

 Anywayz, I'm juuuuuuuust soooooo EXCITED about what God is doing at our church!!! This is just THE BEGINNING!!! REVIAL IS AT LANDMARK!!!! Annnnnnnnnnnnd I'm telling you all, there is NO BETTER LIFE THAN LIVING FOR GOD AND WORKING FOR HIM!!! Annnnnnnnnnnnd if your reading this and wondering what all this talk of the Holy Ghost is, its IN THE BIBLE...ACTS CHAPTER 2...READ IT FOR YOURSELF!!!
