What can you do to help???

Many people are texting me and asking if there is anything they can do during our time of heartbreak 💔 and there is, you can donate to his widow and three young children.

My brother John was unable to ever get life insurance because of getting Leukemia at 16. So the funeral cost is burdensome to his wife. 

.

You all may be thinking I don’t know this guy, why should I give money? Because you love me and John loved me and I loved my little brother.

He was a really, really good brother. I spent every night in the hospital 🏥 with him when he was 16 and John always took care of me if I needed something. When he relapsed in June of 2021, he was in the hospital for months and months getting chemo treatment and then the week he got out, against his doctors wishes m, he fixed my car for me. He always did stuff like that for me!

Thank you for all that have already given to them and thank you in advance for all that will!!! You may not know him, but you know me, and part of me was in him. We are forever bound!!

Happy Birthday!!!

My brother made it to heaven around 3ish today!!! Sister Bishop Abbott was in the room with John and Liz and the one that realized he had crossed over and let Liz know, which was really special since she just went through this with her own husband a year ago. I’m so thankful she could be there for my little sissy as she faced the same heartbreak 💔.

Even though the transplant I gave him failed, the nurse said he still had 100% my DNA, so technically a part of me is already in heaven!!! 🙌 Now we will forever share the same birthday 🥳 

.

And YES, I expect two cakes now for the rest of my life… one for me here and one for me that is already in heaven!!! I’ll be partying in heaven and on earth every year!!!  🥳

Please pray!!!

My little brother John’s cancer returned and completely took over his whole body almost instantly, this time it went to his brain. Two days earlier he was chasing his kids around at Walmart and two weeks ago his bloodwork came back normal, He told his wife when he went in to the hospital that he wanted to keep fighting but he just didn’t have any fight left in him!!! He is completely out of it and will soon be in heaven with Jesus! He will get his miracle when he crosses over to the other side!!!Please pray for us, for strength and peace and especially his wife and three  very young kids!!!

So one of my friends just recently said she has the best sister everrrr because she surprised her with a ticket to Disneyland!!! I was like awwwww that's SWEET.... Annnnnnnnd  I knooooooooow we're NOT SUPPOSED TO BRAG, BUUUUUUUUUUt...

For my 40th birthday, MY BIG SISTER said I could pick anywhere in the USA to go and I chose WASHINGTON DC!!! Cuz heeeeeeeeeey, SELFIE AT THE WHITE HOUSE!!!! Woop, woop!!! and I gotta check out this NATIONAL MALL...the president BETTER HAVE SOME GOOD SHOPPING THERE!!!! BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!

And then she said, weeeeeellll Since we're in the area, do you wanna go to Amish country in Pensylvania too??? I was liiiiiiiiiiike SUUUUUURE!!!! Then she was like and do you want to go to Sight and Sound theatre too??? I was liiiiiiiiike, SUUUUUUUUURE!!!! Then she was like, well Hershey town is only an hour from there do you want to go there and go to Hershey park too??? I WAS LIIIIIIIIIIKE SUUUUUUUUURE!!!!

Soooooooooooo she is paying for all that, I JUST HAVE TO bring a A LOT OF SHOPPING AND FOOD MONEY for the trip....that's IT!!!!

Prayer request!!!!

If everyone could puleeeeeeeeeeze PRAY, I have 4.5 pounds to lose by July 18th to reach my 40th BIRTHDAY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL!!! My goal was 31 pounds annnnnnnd I'm soooooooooo close!!! I knooooooooow 31 pounds sounds very RANDOMLY ODD BUUUUUUUUUUUT, it makes PERFECT SENSE to me sooooooooo Puleeeeeeze PRAY!!!! I'd really like to get there WITHOUT cutting off all my finger nails or donating a kidney!!!!! (Wooton in DO OR DIET!!! Best AIO EVERRRR!!!) AHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! Heeeeeeeeeeyyyy I just thought I'd share with you all some of MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE online, modest clothing sights, ASIDE from the MOST POPULAR DAINTY JEWELL'S!!! These are listed in the order that I shop at the most!!!! Annnnnnd quite a few of these sites are owned by home mission pastor wives or just in general a church, SOOOOO by shopping at their store, YOUR ACTUALLY HELPING SUPPORT THE WORK OF GOD!!!!

Pastor wife shops will put a ** by, and Pentecostal shops I will put a * soooo you know that your SUPPORTING THE KINGDOM OF GOD and our fellow SISTAS IN THE LORD, WHEN YOU SHOP THERE!!! Some of these shops are NOT Pentecostal like us, BUT they are promoting modesty, no pants, dresses and skirts!!!  The first five are my main stomping grounds and absolute faves!!!!

1.The King's Daughter-* This sight is PROBALBEY my most favorite and i've shopped her THE MOST!!! I think partially because this sista has a REALLY GREAT CONCEPT of posting 1-2 new things, EVERYDAY!!! Soooooo it's kinda like you check daily to see what new stuff she has!!!! Now, I don't buy something new EVERYDAY, buuuuut it's FUN checking what she has and it's VERY ADDICTING!!! Buuuuut I figure it's better to be addicted to THE KING'S DAUGHTER than to Burger King!!! BAHAHAHHAAAAAA!!!!

2.Zadie B's**- I LOOOOOOVE HER CLOTHES!!! They look soooo fancy buuuuut the best part is that they are soooooooo COMFY!!! LIIIIIIIKE you look like a MILLION AND ONE BUCKS buuuuuut you feel like your wearing your night gown!!! And they're that material that can get wet but don't judge me but sometimes I wear stuff to hike or swim in because it's THAT MATERIAL buuuuut would be soooooooooo much more expensive IF it was an actual "swim" dress!!! I'm also REALLY excited because we're doing a LPC Church trip to Branson in August and all the ladies going are doing a ladies SHOPPING DAY and we're going to THE ACTUAL ZADIE B's store there in Branson!!! I'm liiiiiiiike maybe they'll give me a DISCOUNT for talking about them on my blog!!! ;))) I also want the Zadie B's brother that always answers the phone when I call about returns, to know that, THAT WAS NOT ME THAT BELCHED that one time I was talking to you!!! I was at the Library and I had to walk outside because apparently I talk to loud and as I was walking out, THIS RANDOM MAN let out THE LOUDEST BURP EVERRR...buuuuuut that was NOT ME!!!! Just feel the need to clarify that before I walk into the store!!! BAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!! And I welcome a discount for promoting you IF you feel led by the Lord to do so...no pressure...jus sayin!!!! ;)

3.Beautifully Modest- shop here a lot and they do a lot of great dresses, they wear dresses buuuuut are not Pentecostal but lots of great clothes and they're addicting because they model the clothes so you can see how they actually look on a REAL human!!! Also, their custom pieces on here are MADE by a Pentecostal lady! I just knew it, they have a "Pentecostal Look" to them!!! Sooooo I went and found her shop on Etsy, which ill list below as well!!!

4.Dressed Like An Angel**- This shop is owned by younger Sister Garrett's mom who is a pastor's wife in a really small town in Louisiana I believe. I forget her mom's name, but when her dad was singing at Antioch I thought, OoooooooH, that's Brother Dress-Like-An-Angel !!!! I heard that she has an actual really big clothing store in her city in Louisiana, so IF YOUR there go on in and shop live...I mean I don't know that i'll ever be there, don't judge me, buuuuuuuuut I'm NOT really into small towns, sooooooooo IF I were to go there it would probably be 1 of 2 reasons, TO GO SHOPPING  OR because I heard there was really handsome single man in their church, buuuuuuut then again everyone would KNOW that's WHY I had gone since I just announced it on my blog so I probably wouldn't actually go for the man, buuuuut I'm jus sayin, that's THE ONLY TWO reasons i'd be there!!!

I've gotten a lot of my beautiful skirt extenders from her but remember that lace is SEE THROUGH so you have to ask her to make sure it's not see through because she's NOT looking out for it to be particularly modest, just pretty!!! However, she will make it modest IF YOU ASK her too!!! She takes custom orders as well!!! 

3. Skirt Extenders*- This lady is Pentecostal and I've gotten quite a few skirt extenders here! She does an awesome job and will let you pick they length you want and the waist inches if she doesn't have your exact size. 

4.Beautiful Custom Tunics-* Okay sooooo IDK Y buuuuut I look really bad in tunics, they just don't hang right on me without me having a prego look!!! Buuuuut this lady makes THE MOST gorgous, Apostolic looking pieces so I just wanna promote her to y0ou all that look good in them!!! She is sooooooooooo talented!!!!

Sooooooo a few weeks ago, O got the stomach flu and so he wasn't eating anything and was looking REALLY THIN!!!! Soooooo I patted his tummy and said, WOWWWWW ODIN!!! HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE SKINNY???? He's like, GOOOOOOD!!!

Then he looks at me, gives me a full body once over and says, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...

1.Wearing all black-🙄 

sorry to EVERYONE that was wearing all black at Antioch!!! You all looked beautiful, even IF I ROLLED MY EYES!!! LOL Buuuuuuut would it hurt to add at least ONE COLORFUL THING??? A flower? Purse? Shoes? SOMETHING???

2.Parking behind me so I can’t get out-🙄 

It's REALLY NOT THAT HARD TO WALK AN EXTRA TWO FEET TO THE FRONT DOOR!!!! You're gonna be REALLY ANNOYED if I back out into your car!!!!

3.Beets-🙄 

They are THE PRETTIEST PINK COLOR EVERRRR with the most absolute DISGUSTING FLAVOR!!! It's such a disappointment!!! An ILLUSION!!! Why God??? Why would you do this to me??? Why not make them LIKE ME??? Beautiful on THE INSIDE TOO!!! ;)

4.Bland veggies-🙄

There's NOTHING MORE ANNOYING at a restaurant then when you order and amazing dish of food and it comes with a side of bland, UNFLAVORED steamed veggies!!! This shows a bad chef works here!!!! Veggies DO NOT have to be blah and BORING!!!! They can be delicious, browned to perfection and BURSTING with flavor!!! They can be a healthy PARTY IN YOUR MOUTH!!!! Buuuuuuuut NOOOOO, these fancy places fill half the plate with bland, boring and MUSHY VEGGIES!!!!

5.Fluffy people that are picky eaters-🙄

There's some people that are soooooo particular about everything!!! They don't wanna try NOTHING NEW or ADVENTUROUS and I just look at them and WONDER, HOW DID YOU GET SOOOOOOOO FLUFFY on BORING FOOD?????? Now me, it's been a DELICIOUS ADVENTURE GETTING HERE...buuuuuuut your scared to try Asian food??? You got here eating plain lays potato chips and big mac with just cheese and a Diet Coke??? BORIIIIIIIIING!!!!

A Mary nightmare come true!!!!

You guys, THE WORST POSSIBLE THING HAPPENED TO ME…

I lost my voice!!!

 Do you know sad that is???? It’s worst than not being able to shop! It’s worst than not being able to taste… do you know how hard it is for me to NOT BE SOCIAL??? To NOT TALK??? It’s IMPOSSIBLE!!!

I was walking around last night, whispering at the top of my lungs to my friends, sooooooo this is what it’s like to be a QUIET PERSON!?!? And I feel very sad for quiet people!!! Lol I’m liiiiiiiiike HOW AM I AT A CONFERENCE, the first Antioch conference everrrr, with NO VOICE???

Happpppppy MONDAY!!!

Happy WEIGH IN MONDAY!!!! 

So on Friday after church ⛪️ prayer I was sitting there with my sister, my pastor’s wife and Brother Jason and Sister Everleen and me and sister Abbott were talking about weight loss and just out of curiosity, I said to sister Everleen, sooooooo how often do you weigh yourself??? Well she doesn’t even realize I’m talking to her… when you her size you apparently don’t think about weighing yourself… so Brother Jason stsrts laughing and says several times a day!!!

I was liiiiiiike HEEEEEEEYYYY I WEIGH MYSELF EVERY SINGLE MORNING AS SOON AS I WAKE UP!!!

Everyone is like REALLY???? I’m liiiiiike YESSSSS!!!! Im like let me tell you all something, WHEN YOU HAVE AS GOOD OF SELF-ESTEEM AS ME… YOU HAVE TOO!!!

I’m liiiiiiike I wake up in the morning, look in the bathroom mirror 🪞 at my reflection and think, oh YEAH GIRRRRRRL LOOKING GOOOOOOOD!!! Definitely 💯 can do a not as healthy breakfast of my absolute FAVORITE BREAKFAST EVERRRRR…

AVOCADO 🥑 TOAST!!!

Avocado 🥑 toast with an over medium eggs and red pepper flakes…soooooo goooooood… I could eat that every morning for the rest of my life… I’m sooooo NOT EVEN exaggerating!!! ;)

Then I step on the scale, AND THE SCALE IS LIIIIIIKE, “Naw girrrrrrl, GO GET YOUR 160 calorie, premier protein shake instead today!!! Ahahahahahaaaa!!!

The scale is a REALITY CHECK IN MY LIFE!!! And so is PREACHING AND THE WORD OF GOD!!! Allow yourself to have a spiritual reality check this week!!!

Happy Sunday!!!!

Today was soooooooo much fuuuuuuuunnnn at church ⛪️!!! We had an ice cream 🍨 social before church ⛪️ and then after that, before regular church service, we had kids church and Judah and Chris acted in a silly lesson.

.

Judah was the doctor and Chris was the patient and the doctor was taking all the sinful things out and filling him with good things and I was laughing soooooo hard I was wiping away tears!!!! Seriously they were sooooooo FUNNY!!! The funniest part was when Dr. Judah was trying to put LOVE in his patient and I was trying to yell out a girls name buuuuuut I couldn’t cuz I was laughing soooooo hard!!!! 

Ladies, these two guys are HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!! Honestly they are two of the best guys!!! Besties, buuuuuut complete opposites, but both very anointed when they preach and lead in youth services!!! I’ve seen God work through them and the presence of God fall as they led or spoke. They both are graduated from high school, college students, have jobs, faithful to the house of God, they sing, both are very musical, Judah plays the drums and Chris I believe will be helping play the organ soon!!! they are truly good, Godly men… OOOOOOH, I almost FORGOT… ;)…They’re also siiiiiingle,  aaaaaand ladies, they’ll be at Antioch… soooooooo BE FRIENDLY!!!! Jus sayin!!!  Annnnnd they did NOT ask me to say this and in fact, no one tell Chris about this… he would not like it… he doesn’t like the spotlight… I have NO IDEA WHY??? 🤷‍♀️ ! Buuuuuuuut they deserve a shoutout…. If only for making me laugh til tears came out today!!! Sooooooo yeah say hi, introduce yourself…etc..

Soooooo had guessed several things, koolaid… etc… and everyone else was guessing too… money 💰… coffee… and randomly, literally NOT THINKING I WAS RIGHT AT ALL… I said, MOUNTAIN DEW ZERO!!!

And I was ACTUALLY RIGHT!!! Bro. Jimmy was like, what made you know it was Mountain Dew zero??? I said I didn’t really think it was right… I just said it cuz it’s green, it gives you a kick but won’t make the scale go up and I guessed it BECAUSE that’s what I drink EVERY MORNING!!! Mountain Dew Zero is soooooo much better than Diet Mountain Dew!!! Plus I loooooove coffee, buuuuuuut I can’t have sugary drinks without protein because it makes my sugar go really low and then I end up eating more than I normally would to get it back up and it can’t just be sugar cuz it will go up but then back down again… and then I’ll have to eat again… idk it’s weird!!!

Apostolic Jr Camp 2023!!! (Part 1)

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllll it's TIME TO BLOG ABOUT JR CAMP!!! I was going to try and just fit it all into ONE REALLY LOOOOOOOOOOOONG POST like I did for AMA, buuuuuuuuuuuut that just wasn't going to be possible....soooooooooo it's looking like TWO REALLY LOOOOONG POSTS!!!!

Soooooooooo I have to start off by saying that Jr. Camp was absolutely amaaaaaaaZing!!! Kid's just have the ability to bing down the presence of God!!! That must be WHY Jesus tells us, "Except ye become as little children, you will not enter the kingdom of God" Weeeeeeeelllllll let me tell you something, when the majority of a conference is children, the power of God is POURED OUT!!!!

And I was telling Denae Monday night, I ACTUALLY think that JR. Camp was better than AMA and thats really, really hard to say because that camp is POWERFUL!!! And she said I shouldn't compare conferences, it's not like I'm writing a yelp review...WHICH  IS TRUE...buuuuuuuuut God really touched me in some areas of my life that i needed to work on and maybe it was just that things are simplified for children...buuuuuut some of those object lessons made some things clear for me in a child-like way and weeeeeeeelllll we all know I'm just a BIG KID trapped as an adult!!! HAHA!!!

Sooooooooo I'm working on doing a JR. Camp post buuuuuuuuut in THE MEAN TIME...

We're on our way to camp when all of the sudden we're completely stopped in MOUNTAIN TRAFFIC!!! YEEEEEES, I said Mountain TRAFFIC...it's such a thing!!!! Well after about 20 minutes it was time to break out the snacks....My sister in law was like, I HAVE OREOS!!!

My sister is like, whispering to me, he said...NEITHER!!! He says very offendedly, you know, I used to be a size 44 pants, but I lost weight...I was liiiiiiiiiiike, OH WOWWWWWW...thats really good...He just looked at me liiiiiiiiiike, YOU SHOULD NOT BE EATING OREOS!!!

I was thinkin liiiiiiiiiike bro calm down, I used to be liiiiiiiike an extra, extra, extra, extra, extra large buuuuuuut now I'm just EXTRA, EXTRA...weeeeelllllll unless it's Dainty Jewell's, her 4x is JUUUUUST now fitting....I was just trying to brighten your day NOT make you gain your weight back!!! I generally stick to a LOW CARB lifestyle, buuuuuuuuuuuut we're going to camp annnnnnnd i'm BORED sitting here,

Because, while I enjoy chips ahoy from time to time, at the end of the day, I CAN MAKE A REALLY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE!!! Chips Ahoy is still it's own thing, BUUUUUUT I still make a BOMB chocolate chip cookie...This is NOT BRAGGING...i'm only being HONEST...I'm being truthful... BUUUUUUUUUT I can NOT make an oreo...YOU JUST CAN'T MAKE YOUR OWN OREO!!! Wellll at least I can't, buuuuuuuuuuuut if someone can make me one, I will literally be soooooooooooo IMPRESSED!!! Happy Juneteenth!!!

On my own, as early as four years old, I can remember taking and interest in African culture and the civil war times…I would imagine being one of the ones to help free slaves, I had a black baby doll, black barbies and I dreamed of one day having a black friend…

While I don't support all the political propaganda that comes along with this holiday, I do believe that it is representative of one of the greatest days in American history that should be remembered and honored!!!

THE END OF SLAVERY 

IN THE USA!!!

People ask me WHY I would celebrate today when I’m white, I’m liiiiiiiiike, UH, cuz I don’t believe in slavery… liiiiiike DUH 🙄 

It was a REPUBLICAN president that ended slavery!!!

Growing up I loved reading the American Girl books! Annnnnnd you all know me, of course my favorite girl was ADDY!!! The story of Addy goes through her life as a child slave in the fields and then her life as her and her mom escape to freedom. 

I remember reading this series and there is a part where one of the slave drivers forces her to eat a worm for not picking fast enough in the field!I was sooooo horrified that they would do that to her... Buuuuuut the American girl series of slavery is really a very glamorized version of what actually happened!!!

Always having an extra interest in the civil war era of American history, It wasn't until I read this book below, "To Be A Slave" that I realized just how dehumanized people in slavery truly were!!!

I really recommend that everyone read this book!!!

Annnnnnnd thank God for breaking our chains of enslavement to sin!!!! We are no longer in bondage, because JESUS set us FREE!!!! Let freedom ring today!!!l

AMA 2023!!!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllll I was a LIIIIIIITTTTTTLE nerveous about camp this year BECAUSE 9 of THE GINTY FAMILY were staying in a room together...I was liiiiiiiiiike, OH NOOOOOOO!!!! Buuuuuuuuuuuut since we literally were hardly in our rooms at all, EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT and I'm pretty sure we're gonna do it again next year and every year till Jesus comes!!!

Sooooooo we get to the border of Tucson and Chelsea see's his mountain and says, 

"WE'RE THERE!!!"

Good News 🗞️ Not so good news!!!

Soooooooooo I got this skirt I’ve been eyeing online for months from ….WEEEEEEELLLL… I hesitate to say THE STORE cuz ya know they’re NOT the most affordable clothing sight, buuuuuuut Sister Everleen from my church said I neverrrrrr need to hesitate to say where I got something from sooooooo I’m just gonna SAY IT…. MY FAVORITE STORE EVERRRRRRRRR…

My sister can’t fathom WHYYY anyone would want a skirt this color, buuuuuuuuuut I believe way, way, waaaaaaaaaayyy deep down inside she’s happy for me!!!  ;)

So I’ve been eyeing this skirt and debating if I should get it!!! Well by the time I decided I HAD TO HAVE IT, the plus sizes were all sold out!!! Well I was heartbroken 💔

Buuuuuuut I was look at the regular sizes and I was thinking, I actually think the xl in regular sizing will fit me!!! I’ve lost 25 pounds and am working on more so either way I could see that the goal was NOT unachievable!!!!

Weeeeeeeeeeellll I got it I. The mail today and GUESS WHAT??? There’s GOOD NEWS  and NOT AS GOOD NEWS!!!

1. The NOT AS GOOD NEWS is that although it fits me, I wouldn’t have minded if it was a more looser fit, buuuuuuuut it’s totally modest 💯 it’s just supposed to be a baggier look, and it’s a little more of a fitted look on me, soooooo it fits but not as good as I would’ve liked it too!!!

2. The GOOD NEWS is that it ain’t gonna be falling off of me any TIME SOON!!!! 🙌 Bahahahahaaa I can lose another 25 pounds and it’s STILL GONNA FIT ME JUST FIIIIIIINE!!!! I’m definitely gonna get my money’s 💰worth with this skirt!!! 😂🤣😅🤣🙃
